You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us directly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

4.4 Refund Policy

All subscription purchases are non-refundable, in line with Stripe's refund guidelines. Refunds or credits may be issued only at our sole discretion or if required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us.

4.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing at our discretion. You will be notified in advance of any price change. Continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes agreement to the new pricing.

Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Naples, Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment may be entered on the arbitrator's award in any court with jurisdiction.

Our failure to enforce any term is not a waiver. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder of the Terms will continue in effect.
